All emails are sent to the email address you have on file with Paypal If you do not receive your purchase email within the a few minutes of purchase, please log into your Paypal Account and make sure that your current email address is listed with Paypal and not an old or alternative email address that you no longer use or have access to. If you need your purchase emailed to a different address other than the one you have on file with Paypal, email customer support to have the information sent to you again.

Many ISPs, including AOL, MSN, Yahoo, Hotmail, Excite, Road Runner, Earthlink, Comcast, and others are now filtering automated emails and may block or forward your purchase email to your spam or bulk mail directory.
